2. Services

Mission Hub provides AI automation consulting, system design, and implementation services for businesses, published at missionhub.ink/services (AI Business Review, Lead Response System, Business Automation System). Larger or multi-system engagements outside those tiers are scoped and priced individually. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are outlined in the service agreement signed between Mission Hub and each client, which controls over any general description on this website. These Terms govern general use of our website and communications.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not: use the site to transmit spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; use automated tools to scrape or harvest content; or impersonate Mission Hub or its representatives.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Mission Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Calls, Consultations, and the AI Business Review

The free 15-minute call is provided at no cost and without obligation. The paid AI Business Review ($500) is a separate, distinct engagement — payment for it does not obligate you to purchase any further service. Information shared during any call is used solely to evaluate potential solutions for your business. We do not share your business information with third parties without your consent.

6. Payment Terms

All paid engagements require a signed service agreement and a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. Monthly retainer fees are billed on the 1st of each month. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and free consultation services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our services. ROI estimates and time-savings projections are illustrative and based on typical client outcomes — individual results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mission Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including Zapier, Apollo.io, Anthropic (Claude AI models), Google Workspace, Calendly, Stripe, and GoHighLevel, depending on the engagement. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, uptime, or terms of these third-party services, and your use of our automations is subject to those platforms’ own terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
