4. Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. To deliver our services, we share data with the following third-party processors, each bound by their own privacy and security terms: Zapier (workflow automation connecting the tools in your stack), Apollo.io (CRM, contact enrichment, and outreach), Anthropic (Claude AI models power the automation logic, lead scoring, and content generation in the systems we build), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive for email, scheduling, and file handling), Calendly (booking your audit call), and Stripe (payment processing, where applicable). Client-specific builds may also involve GoHighLevel (CRM tier) or other platforms scoped to that engagement. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. Vercel Analytics is cookieless — it does not set tracking cookies and does not track you individually across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking scripts. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may also log standard technical request data (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and performance purposes. If we add additional analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website and communications contain links to third-party services including Calendly, Apollo.io, and our systems dashboard. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, provide our services, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
